Job summary

citicclsa is seeking a Business Analyst in Execution Services IT to bridge business needs with IT solutions in a global equities context. You will collaborate with multiple departments to implement IT projects across financial apps, CRM systems, and AI initiatives.

The role requires gathering requirements, mapping processes, and partnering with the delivery team to ensure timely, effective solutions while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment and clear communication in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, CS or related field.
• 3-5 years experience as IT Business Analyst / Developer.
• Equities High Touch, Compliance and Execution Management business knowledge.
• Knowledge of Java, SQL, FIX protocol, Chronicle Queue, Linux.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business needs and IT solutions.
• Collaborate with departments to implement IT projects such as financial applications, CRM systems, and AI development.
• Gather and analyse requirements, map processes, and work with the technical team for delivery.
• Ensure alignment with stakeholders including business owners/users, project team, and vendors.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies.
• Design and implement IT solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to management.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines.
• Support enhancement projects and maintenance.
• Prepare documentation and training materials for end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT applications issues.
