Job summary

CITIC CLSA is seeking a Business Analyst in Execution Services IT to bridge business needs with IT solutions, focusing on global equities trading. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Business Admin/CS or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT BA/Developer experience.
• Equities High Touch, Compliance and Execution Management knowledge.
• Proficient in Java, SQL, FIX, Chronicle Queue and Linux.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin advantageous; travel to ShenZhen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business needs and IT solutions across execution services.
• Collaborate with departments to implement IT projects (financial apps, CRM, AI).
• Gather and analyze requirements, map processes, and drive delivery with tech teams.
• Align with stakeholders including business owners, project teams and vendors.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and monitor progress.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and document training materials.
