Job summary

M.Tech Products (HK) Pte Limited is hiring for a Retail Sales Assistant with warehouse duties in Hong Kong. The role involves receiving, checking, and packing shipments, stock takes, and liaising with stakeholders. Basic computer skills and physical fitness are required.

Preference given to bilingual English/Chinese speakers and candidates who can start on short notice. Safety compliance and independent work are important for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or N-Level required.
• Relevant warehouse/store experience preferred.
• Must be physically fit to lift 15–25 kg.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Fluency in English and Chinese preferred for liaising.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming shipments.
• Perform pick and pack for outgoing shipments.
• Conduct monthly stock takes.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders regarding stock flow.
• Carry out physical tasks and lift heavy goods as needed.
• Maintain organized and safe storage areas per SOP.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job description

• Receive and perform checking of incoming shipment
• Perform pick and pack for outgoing shipments
• Perform monthly physical stock take
• Liaise with different stakeholders (internal / external) pertaining to stock received/releasing into/from store
• Perform some physical tasks like carrying heavy goods
• Compliance to company SOP and maintain storage area as organized and safe
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Secondary education/ N-Level

• Physically fit to lift load of 15kg ~ 25kg
• Basic computer literacy
• Preferred Bilingual in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
• Responsible and ability to work independently
