As the Stewarding Attendant at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchens, ensuring that all dishware and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 每一天都是不同的一天，但大致工作内容如下：

• Washing, sanitizing and storing dishes, utensils and equipment 清洗、消毒並儲存餐具、器具和廚房設備
• Assisting in maintaining kitchen cleanliness in accordance with hygiene standards 按照衛生標準協助維持廚房的清潔
• Handling waste disposal and recycling processes 執行廢物處理和回收
• Providing support to chefs and food & beverage attendants as needed 根據需要為廚師和餐飲服務人員提供協助
