Job summary

Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong is seeking a Barista who brings warmth, precision, and personality to every cup. You’ll craft premium coffee beverages, greet guests, and contribute to a welcoming, vibrant café atmosphere.

With 2+ years in quality-focused cafes or hotels, you’ll master espresso and latte art, maintain a clean station, participate in tastings, and support the team during service rushes. English and Chinese communication is required; Mandarin or other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a barista in quality-focused cafes or hotels.
Passionate about coffee and curious about new brewing methods.
Skilled in espresso machines, latte art, and basic maintenance.
Friendly, outgoing, and able to connect with guests.
Good command in English and Chinese; Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

What we need from you

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista in quality-focused cafes or hotels
Passionate about coffee, curious about new brewing methodsSkilled in espresso machines, latte art, and basic maintenance
