Job summary

Captar Partners Ltd, a fintech firm, seeks an experienced SRE/DevOps Lead to join its technology team and operate a containerized platform across markets. You will build automated pipelines, implement release strategies, maintain observability, and ensure security.

Collaboration with development teams is essential with potential off-hours incident handling. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in platform engineering or SRE, strong Linux (Red Hat-based) expertise, and solid automation and scripting

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in CS/IT or related field is required.
• 5+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Hands-on with Linux (Red Hat-based) in production.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration in prod.
• Familiar with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting/programming for automation tasks.
• Solid understanding of networking and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Support and operate a containerized platform within a distributed environment.
• Build and maintain automated pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Implement modern release strategies for stable rollouts and recovery.
• Drive automation and continuous delivery for deployment efficiency.
• Maintain observability with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Ensure platform security including patching and vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with dev/engineering to onboard and deploy apps.
• Respond to production incidents with RCA and improvements.
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, and standards.
