Overview

BBH’s Global Client Services Department seeks a candidate to serve as a primary contact for global and regional clients, supporting day‑to‑day inquiries related to global custody, fund accounting, and administration products and services.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a client‑servicing mindset and provide quality support.
• Respond proactively to client inquiries, including corporate action, trade settlement, fund transfer, FX, and tax.
• Own end‑to‑end collaboration with internal departments to prioritize requests, deliverables, and facilitate issue resolution.
• Assist clients with new market openings, account maintenance, and system access setup.
• Maintain strong knowledge of BBH businesses, products, systems, and internal workflows.
• Develop deep understanding of clients’ business needs and identify opportunities to enhance overall client experience and service quality.
• Utilize relevant internal technology solutions to manage client inquiries.
• Introduce and familiarize clients with new technology, automation tools, and products.
• Complete monthly client reporting requirements and assist in maintaining client service‑related metrics.
• Coordinate and monitor receipt of all client documentation (tax, KYC, account information, authorized signers, etc.) and analyze exposure of missing documentation to BBH/client.
• Ensure proper escalation in a timely manner and follow through on client issues and concerns by working with Supervisor and Client Service Manager.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree (business, finance, or accounting concentration preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of fund accounting and/or global custody operational experience or financial‑industry related client‑servicing experience.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and operate under pressure in a business environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Collaboration and contribution in a global team environment.
• Willingness to provide work coverage during Hong Kong public holidays.
