Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Hong Kong seeks a Client Service Analyst/Associate to serve as the main contact for regional and global clients across custody, fund accounting and administration services. You will manage day-to-day inquiries, onboarding, and system setup.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in relevant financial services, with strong multi-language communication and a client-centric mindset. Coverage on Hong Kong public holidays may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 3+ years in global custody, fund accounting or financial client services.
• Solid understanding of global securities markets and fund administration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for client inquiries regarding trade settlements, corporate actions, fund transfers, FX and tax.
• Assist clients with onboarding, account maintenance and system setup.
• Coordinate with internal global offices to resolve operational issues and improve client experience.
• Guide clients on using internal platforms and automation tools.
