Decathlon Singapore is seeking a Sports Department Manager to lead a store team in Hong Kong, driving sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences. This hands-on role demands close collaboration with peers and shop-floor leadership to turn opportunities into action.

You will own KPIs, plan resources, build the product offer, and grow local sport communities while ensuring safe, effective daily store management and performance improvements.

Your Purpose

As a Sports Department Manager, you’re not just managing a department — you’re leading people, owning a business, and bringing sport to life for our customers. You give your team direction, help people grow, make decisions, and take responsibility for the performance of your sports business.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be close to your teammates and customers on the shop floor, while having the autonomy to turn opportunities into action.

This role may be based in one of our Hong Kong stores. The exact store and sports scope will be discussed based on business needs and the right match between the candidate, team, and opportunity.
