Unicorn Advisor (HK) Limited seeks a senior Corporate Finance professional to lead IPO and related transactions in Hong Kong. You will head project teams, oversee financial analysis, valuations, and documentation, and guide junior members to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Applicants should have a finance degree (CFA or professional qualification) and over 10 years of Corporate Finance experience, with Sponsor Principal qualification as a must.

Qualifications

• Finance degree or CFA or professional qualification required.
• Over 10 years' Corporate Finance experience.
• Sponsor Principal qualification is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of a full range of Corporate Finance services for IPO and other corporate finance transactions.
• Take on the role of team leader for designated projects, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure project success and team cohesion including, but not limited to, financial analysis, valuation analysis, preparation of proposals and documentation work.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
• Participate and contribute to the strategic planning for various business units of the group.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and procedures related to IPOs and other financial transactions.
