Job summary

ST Engineering Hong Kong is seeking a passionate Software Engineer to contribute to 3D simulation and immersive technologies within our Training & Simulation Systems unit. The role focuses on design, development, and deployment of software using C++/C#, with a strong emphasis on Unity/Unreal Engine work.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years' relevant experience preferred. You will work across the SDLC, gain exposure to XR (VR/AR/MR), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Foundational understanding of Software Engineering and the SDLC.
• Proficiency or working knowledge of C++ and/or C#.
• Familiarity with Unity and/or Unreal Engine and 3D simulation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and design through to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize software applications using C++ and/or C#.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build 3D simulation and interactive applications.
• Contribute to the development and integration of features within Unity and/or Unreal Engine environments.
• Support the creation of immersive 3D and XR (Extended Reality) experiences, including VR, AR, and MR applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in accordance with established engineering standards.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects in a timely manner.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to simulation and interactive media.
