Job summary

Kai Fu Property Services Co., Ltd. is seeking candidates to supervise building contractors on maintenance works for public housing estates. The role includes recording site measurements, conducting surveys and inspections, and preparing drawings and cost estimates.

You will coordinate with tenants and educate stakeholders on home maintenance, contributing to safe and well-maintained living environments. Fresh graduates are welcome, and candidates should hold a Higher Diploma in Building Studies

Qualifications

Requires Higher Diploma in Building Studies / Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering from HK polytechnic or equivalent.
Must have Level 2 or above in Chinese language and English language (HKDSE/HKCEE or equivalent).
Must hold valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) and Confined Space Card.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Positive working attitude and service-oriented mindset.
Fresh graduates will be considered.

Responsibilities

Supervise building contractors on maintenance works and record site measurements.
Conduct surveys and inspections of buildings and premises in public housing estates; may inspect inside flats.
Inspect external areas and slopes adjacent to public housing estates.
Prepare drawings, sketches, cost estimates and works orders.
Coordinate inspections/maintenance works with tenants.
Educate and guide EMAC, MAC members, OC and tenants on home maintenance.
