Job summary

Krueger Engineering Pty is seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to oversee chiller plant operations and supervise maintenance teams at Harbour City. The role requires handling building and E&M construction projects with a hands-on leadership approach.

The ideal candidate will possess a higher diploma or degree in Building Studies/Building Service Engineering, plus at least 8 years of relevant electrical design and installation experience in contracting or consultancy settings.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Studies/Building Service Engineering is required.
• 8 years of experience in contractor or consultant firm in electrical design & installation.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervising repair and maintenance works of subcontractors.
• Chiller plant operations and maintenance at Harbour City.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works for chiller plants.
• Supervise and monitor frontline staff and contractors.
• Handle building / E&M construction projects.
