Job summary

Penta Ocean Construction invites applications from qualified candidates with a degree in Building Services Engineering or related discipline. Candidates should have 3+ years of site experience, and familiarity with building services, electrical design or E&M installations will be an advantage.

The role involves supervising building projects, chiller plant operations, and managing site teams and subcontractors to ensure timely, safe project delivery.

Qualifications

• HD/ Degree in Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience
• Degree in Building Construction or other construction related discipline
• Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Studies/ Building Service Engineering
• Registered Electrical Worker is preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle building / E&M construction projects
• Building services installations, Site Supervision
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works for chiller plants
• Supervise and monitor frontline staff and contractors
• Supervising repair and maintenance works of subcontractors
