Job summary

Chevalier (Construction) Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Engineer to support engineering design submissions and site coordination. You will monitor progress, assist in checking structural design and test reports, and provide engineering support across site projects.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in Civil/Structural/Building Engineering and familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office. 2+ years post-graduation in civil/structural works at a main contractor is preferred.

Qualifications

Proven knowledge of civil/structural/building engineering foundations.
Strong computer skills including MS Office and AutoCAD.
Good written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Provide technical inputs and support on engineering design and submission.
Carry out quality control.
Assist in checking structural design, test report and construction record.
Provide engineering support for all structural-related matters in site projects.
Monitor site progress and prepare relevant reports and records.
