Job summary

CPJobs International in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Site Project Coordinator to oversee ABWF works, coordinate with site engineers and internal teams, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

You will prepare method statements, manage progress, inspect materials, review shop drawings, and support audits and permits as required by contract. Fluency in English and Chinese is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher diploma in Building/Construction/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years of relevant construction experience; at least 2 years site exposure with main contractors.
• Proficient with MS Office, AutoCAD and Adobe Acrobat; basic detailing and shop drawing review skills.
• Familiar with Hong Kong construction standards and local BD knowledge.
• Good written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Check material samples and technical information for compliance.
• Coordinate ABWF shop drawings, structural calculations, and interfacing details with BS Coordinators and Site Engineers.
• Manage ABWF mini programming and subcontractor scheduling to meet master programme.
• Supervise site progress, inspect ABWF works and perform material quality checks.
• Prepare method statements, technical submissions, permits and site queries.
• Monitor works with client and internal teams to ensure drawings and specs are followed.
• Assist with document preparation including government submissions, PASS and audits.
