Shift Leader – Up to $23,000

We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic Shift Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing all duties performed by the Crew Members, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the (Assistant) Restaurant Manager's absence, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management, inventory management, financial accountability, and other duties as required or assigned.

Wan Chai / Tsim Sha Tsui / Central / Kwun Tong / Tsuen Wan / Olympic / Kowloon Tong

Responsibilities

• Perform all crew member duties
• Direct daily restaurant operations in the absence of the (Assistant) Restaurant Manager
• Ensure compliance with company standards in product preparation, delivery, customer relations, maintenance, team and inventory management, and financial accountability
• Adopt other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications
