Job summary

ACTS Consulting Co is seeking a Responsible Officer to supervise regulated activities for a SFC-licensed Type 3 business in Hong Kong. The RO will ensure compliance with SFC rules and manage the operations team, providing guidance to improve business performance.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in banking and finance, has 3+ years RO experience, and demonstrates strong communication in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in banking and finance or other related disciplines.
• Has 3 years or plus solid experience to act as a Responsible Officer (RO).
• Possess hands on management experience in relevant products and regulations.
• Has excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken English and Cantonese, while good in Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise all regulated activities and operations of the respective type of licensed business
• Ensure all the activities to compile with SFC rules and regulations of the respective type of licensed business
• Manage and supervise the operation team members
• Provide constructive advice to the management to improve the business operation
