Jimei Securities Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Responsible Officer (RO) approved by the SFC to oversee Type 1 regulated activities and ensure strict compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.

You will monitor internal controls, liaise with regulatory bodies, and keep procedures up to date. The ideal candidate has SFC Type 1 RO status, 1–2 years of relevant experience, fluency in English, and Cantonese or Mandarin. Knowledge of Virtual Asset is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Current holder of SFC Type 1 with unconditional RO status and eligibility to act as RO for Type 1 activities.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry with strong regulatory knowledge.
• Detail-oriented and highly analytical with proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to interact effectively with staff and external parties.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin; knowledge in Virtual Asset is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Act as RO approved by SFC for Type 1 regulated activities
• Oversee, manage, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including the SFC's Code of Conduct and relevant guidelines
• Formulate and review internal procedures to enhance business productivity and effectiveness
• Assist in communicating with regulatory bodies
• Handle any ad-hoc duties as required
