Acts Consulting Co. 毅知顧問公司 is assisting a private equity client in Hong Kong to recruit an SFC Responsible Officer (RO) Type 4 and 9 to oversee operations for discretionary accounts. The role requires strong regulatory exposure and leadership.

The RO will organize end-to-end business operations, liaise with the SFC and related parties, and ensure compliance with licensing requirements. Fluent English, Putonghua and Cantonese are essential, with 8+ years of operation experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, banking, accounting, economics, business or related studies.
• Over 8 years operation experience in discretionary accounts.
• SFC RO 4 and 9 holder is a must.
• Experienced in liaising with SFC.
• Familiar with SFC licensing and Type 4,9 operation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
