Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking an experienced Responsible Officer to oversee SFC Type 1 and Type 9 regulated activities in Hong Kong. The role demands strong leadership and deep knowledge of private equity and regulatory requirements.

You will manage investment and fund governance, ensure AML/KYC and risk controls, and serve as the primary liaison with the SFC, auditors and advisers, guiding teams across investment, operations and compliance.

Qualificações

• Experience with SFC Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) is essential.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of HK regulatory requirements and fund governance.
• Excellent communication with regulators, auditors, and advisers.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Responsible Officer for the firm's SFC Type 1 and Type 9 regulated activities and maintain compliance with all applicable SFC regulations and licensing requirements.
• Oversee private equity fund management activities, including investment execution, portfolio monitoring, fund governance, and adherence to investment mandates.
• Establish and maintain robust compliance, risk management, AML/KYC, and internal control frameworks across the business.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the SFC, auditors, legal advisers, fund administrators, and other regulatory stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and supervision to investment, operations, and compliance teams
