Allianz Global Investors is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to design and deliver App Engine and AI-enabled automation within an enterprise Operations squad. You will build scalable, low-code solutions using Flow Designer and Integration Hub, partnering with analysts to translate requirements into robust implementations.

Based in Munich, Frankfurt, or Hong Kong, you will enable citizen developers, enforce governance, and contribute to continuous improvement while ensuring security and compliance

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on ServiceNow development, especially App Engine and workflow automation.
• Experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• Exposure to low-code/citizen development is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models and platform governance requirements.
• Experience in regulated industries (finance/insurance) is preferred.
• Ability to design reusable, scalable ServiceNow solutions and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop App Engine workflow automation solutions using ServiceNow tools.
• Maintain understanding of core platform data, security, and architecture.
• Configure and customize applications to meet business needs.
• Build reusable components to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Implement AI-enabled capabilities within workflows and ensure responsible usage.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
• Guide citizen developers and promote best practices and guardrails.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, and platform teams; participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Produce documentation and support governance, security, and audit requirements.
