Duties & Responsibilities 職責

• Ensure smooth implementation and execution of the restaurant operation. 確保餐廳營運的順利實施和執行
• Supervise and coordinate the prompt, high standard, efficient and courteous serving of food and beverage in the restaurant. 監督並協調餐廳內食品和飲料的及時、高標準、高效和禮貌的服務
