Job summary

Pirata Group is seeking a dynamic Server to join Pici YOHO Mall, the flagship retail, dining and entertainment hub in Yuen Long. You will work alongside a supervisor, be responsible for table service in your section, take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guests feel welcome.

This role offers fast-track career progression in an international environment, exposure to renowned pasta dishes, and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

我們現在正在尋找一位充滿活力的侍應加入元朗旗艦零售、餐飲和娛樂中心 Pici YOHO Mall。

Duties & Responsibilities 職責

• Ensure smooth implementation and execution of the restaurant operation 確保餐廳營運的順利實施和執行 Supervise and coordinate the prompt, high standard, efficient and courteous serving of food and beverage in the restaurant 監督並協調餐廳內食品和飲料的及時、高標準、高效和禮貌的服務。
• Control stocks for daily use in restaurants to ensure service requirements are me 控制餐廳日常庫存，以確保滿足服務需求。

Requirements 要求
