Job summary

YF Life Insurance International Ltd. in Hong Kong invites dynamic individuals to join our underwriting project team.

You will participate in planning, executing, and monitoring new business and underwriting activities to ensure timely delivery. You will track tasks, coordinate with internal and external teams, prepare user requirements, support daily underwriting processes, and contribute to reporting and data analysis.

Qualifications

• University graduates required.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning, executing, and monitoring new business and underwriting project activities, resolving issues to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Track project tasks in accordance with the project timeline and provide timely progress updates.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams and prepare user requirements to streamline and improve efficiency of processes.
• Support the daily new business and underwriting production processes.
• Assist in reporting, data analysis, and ad hoc projects, as well as other tasks or duties assigned by the manager.
