Job summary

BIT, a global digital asset financial services and infrastructure group, is seeking a treasury professional in Hong Kong to manage counterparty relationships, oversee digital asset wallets, and review and release payments across multiple platforms.

Candidates should have 7–10 years in treasury or payments, excellent time management and attention to detail, and be a team player who can communicate with internal and external partners; English plus Mandarin is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/economics or related disciplines.
• 7–10 years in treasury, banking operations, middle-office or payments.
• Strong knowledge of treasury, settlements and funds movement.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Shift-based rotation; willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Team player with ability to communicate with internal/external parties.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support counterparty relationships.
• Open and manage digital asset wallets across platforms.
• Handle and approve payment instructions; verify amounts.
• Complete payment processes and release funds with due diligence.
• Collaborate across time zones; occasional evenings/weekends.
• Support month-end reporting.
