Job summary

Qualcomm Semiconductor Limited is seeking a highly skilled engineer to optimize signal and power integrity across server platforms. You will collaborate with IC, package, and PCB designers to ensure system-level constraints are met before tape-out and work with IP owners on LPDDR6, PCIe, and 224G interfaces.

The role spans multiple organizations including IP, Package, PCB Design, and Simulation teams, offering broad exposure to design and verification activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 4+ years of System/Package Design or related work experience.
• Master's degree with 3+ years in System/Package Design or related work.
• PhD with 2+ years in System/Package Design or related work.
• 3+ years of experience in DDR/SerDes, Package, PCB, or System Design for Compute/Automotive/Server products.

Responsibilities

• Perform package and PCB extraction for time-domain and frequency-domain analysis.
• Conduct system-level analysis for DDR, SerDes, and PDN.
• Develop design guidelines for Package and PCB design.
• Create technical documentation and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize SI/PI across the system.
