Job summary

Qualcomm Semiconductor Limited in Hong Kong invites an electrical engineer to develop and maintain internal automation scripts for high-frequency SI/PI tools used across the organization to simulate and extract package and PCB layouts.

You will join CHSA, work with a global team of EDA support engineers, implement automation, troubleshoot, and document flows. Strong Python/C/C++ skills, Linux/Windows application installation, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years in SI/EM tool development.
• Experience with Python, VB scripting, Perl, C/C++ for automation and debugging.
• Familiarity with RF/SI software and high-frequency design flows.
• Ability to document and present technical results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal automation scripts for SI/PI tools.
• Provide tool methodology support and troubleshooting.
• Install applications on Windows and Linux.
• Create KB articles for simulation flows.
• Collaborate with PCB SI and Packaging teams.
