A financial services institution located in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled technology risk management professional. The role demands strong expertise in managing IT outsourcing, disaster recovery, and vendors’ assessments. Candidates should have a degree in Business Administration or related fields, with at least 8 years of experience, preferably in banking or financial services. Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential. An attractive remuneration package is offered.

Qualifications

• 8 years working experience; banking or financial services preferred.
• Experience and knowledge in technology risk management, IT outsourcing, disaster recovery or IT support would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for technology risk management related tasks, including conducting RCSA, tracking issues, monitoring KRI.
• Ensure adherence to company policy through collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
• Perform regular vendor assessments and prepare related documentation.
• Conduct regular reviews of affiliated organizations providing improvement recommendations.
• Responsible for operational risk incident response activities.
• Collaborate in managing audit exercises conducted by internal and/or external audits.
• Support disaster recovery activities and prepare related documentation.
• Coordinate user system health checks for major system changes.
