Job summary

A fast-growing bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Technology Risk / Cyber Security Manager to lead risk management in IT and security initiatives. The role involves formulating risk strategies, reviewing IT projects, and coordinating security testing across the corporate infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in banking, certifications such as CISA/CISM/CISSP, and strong stakeholder management along with excellent English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in banking is a must.
• Experience in technology risk management and understanding HKMA requirements.
• Holders of CISA, CISM, CISSP or related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Formulate technology risk management strategies, processes and work plans.
• Review IT initiatives from technology risk perspectives and provide advisory and recommendations.
• Research and evaluate latest security threats and CyberSecurity Intelligence.
• Establish infrastructure review processes on network and infrastructure operation.
• Manage cyber security projects for design, development and implementation.
• Coordinate independent penetration tests for corporate infrastructure.
• Liaise with HKMA to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
