Job summary

The Centre for PanorOmic Sciences (CPOS) at The University of Hong Kong invites applications for a Senior Technical Assistant. The appointment is a two-year fixed-term with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

The role involves training and technical support for users of laboratory instruments, instrument maintenance, procurement and stock

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Biological or Biomedical research related is a plus.
• Experience in administration and procurement is preferred.
• Self-motivated, responsible, have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork.
• Candidates with higher qualifications or more experience may be considered for Senior Technical Officer/Technical Officer.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
