Job summary

Wafer Systems (Asia) Limited is recruiting for a Systems Analyst at varying seniority levels for a large government integration project. The role spans requirements, testing, and implementation across SDLC with diverse tech like big data, AI, and RPA.

Strong domain knowledge, bilingual communication, and team leadership are valued in a collaborative, multi-year team. You will liaise with users, manage subcontractors, and contribute to maintenance efforts, aiming for robust, end-to-end system

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years IT experience with 2 years in SA role.
• Solid experience in business analysis and scrum teams.
• Familiar with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Good command of Cantonese, Putonghua and English.

Responsibilities

• Key liaison with users in requirements, testing and systems implementation details.
• Manage on-shore and off-shore software package sub-contractors and/or development team.
• Be part of the ongoing maintenance team.
• Participation in projects lasting over 1 year with a 10-member team, in a potential sub-leader role.
• Work independently while being a good team player.
