Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Contract Senior Systems Analyst for a 3-month assignment to support DOJ IT systems. The role requires extensive experience in Oracle databases, OOAD, ORA, and SSADM, with on-site support across Kowloon/Hong Kong Island locations. Strong English communication preferred.

Immediate start and full-time hours expected. Responsibilities include system analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, user training, and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

9+ years of experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB).
9+ years in Object-oriented Analysis and Design (OOA).
9+ years in Oracle Application Development (ORA).
9+ years in SSADM (SDM).
5+ years in Electronic Form (EFM).
9+ years in Government systems and services (GSS).

Responsibilities

Project planning and monitoring.
Perform system analysis and design.
Supervise sub-ordinate programmers.
Develop program.
Conduct program unit test, system test and load test.
Produce documentation.
Assist user to conduct user acceptance test.
Conduct user training.
Provide maintenance and on-going support for DOJ systems.
Perform other duties related to implementation and maintenance of the above systems.
