Job summary

Ocean Park Hong Kong is seeking a System Analyst to manage vendor relationships, translate business needs into technical briefs, and drive POS system deployments across Retail and F&B platforms.

The role emphasizes SDLC governance, UAT leadership, and strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required, with experience in hospitality tech a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst with successful system delivery in Retail/F&B/Hospitality.
• Hands-on experience supporting, configuring, and deploying Retail and F&B POS systems.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting system interfaces (APIs, ETL, Web Services).
• Strong skills in collecting requirements, documenting processes, and preparing documentation.
• Experience tracking vendor deliverables and ensuring adherence to project scopes.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, log checking, and troubleshooting.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC and Project Management principles.
• Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate documentation, scripting, or data analysis.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Vendor management: act as the primary technical contact for external vendors and SIs.
• Drive system development, configuration, and implementation tasks.
• Monitor interfaces between POS platforms and ERP/CRM/Ticketing; troubleshoot issues.
• Serve as the internal technical expert for Retail/F&B POS platforms and support vendors.
• Lead monthly system review meetings to track SLA compliance and project delivery.
• Handle user access management and audit documentation.
• Lead UAT, write test cases, and oversee deployments.
