Job summary

Accounting and Financial Reporting Council in Hong Kong is looking for a senior IT professional to lead end-to-end system development, design and integration, and manage projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders, define architecture, and liaise with vendors to deliver complex solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years’ experience in application development, hands-on skills in C#/ .NET, TypeScript and JavaScript, and strong bilingual communication in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in IT/related disciplines.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in application development.
• Hands-on experience in C#/ .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript.
• Good understanding of application architecture, SDLC, programming languages and SQL databases.
• Strong communication in Chinese and English.
