Job summary

Logistics and Supply Chain MultiTech R&D Centre Limited is seeking a Senior System Analyst / System Analyst to join our team. You will gather requirements, design systems, oversee tests, coordinate with vendors, and maintain documentation.

We require a Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 5 years IT experience and strong English/Cantonese skills; Mandarin is a plus. We offer a 5-day work week, group medical insurance, and a 2-year renewable contract to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, CS, IT, Data Science or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of IT-related work experience with software or infrastructure exposure.
• Solid knowledge of database systems, web or mobile app development.
• Experience leading developers or testers is a bonus.
• Proficient in English and Cantonese; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering and translating business needs into functional specs.
• Prepare and review system design documents and implementation specifications.
• Lead testing tasks, planning and execution across various tests.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors.
• Prepare, review and maintain system and user documentation, including test reports.
• Provide support for system demonstrations and address user queries.
