Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Contract Senior Systems Analyst for a 3-month engagement (Nov 2026–Jan 2027) to lead a team delivering end-to-end IT activities, oversee cost estimates, requirements gathering, and system design for government projects. Strong vendor management and cross-functional coordination are essential.

The role requires extensive experience in DMS, SIM, SDM, TAS, FPA, J2EE, Oracle RDBMS, SQL, and SST, plus leadership in project management and contract

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in requirements analysis, system analysis & design, and implementation of large-scale intranet and internet applications.
• Proven track record in application support and system maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across business and technical domains.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor management.
• Solid experience in user liaison and coordination with infrastructure and support teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in managing government projects is highly desirable.
• Experience with Building Control Information Systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• At least 10 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of systems analysts in delivering end-to-end IT activities, including cost and effort estimation, impact analysis, user requirement gathering, system analysis and design, quality assurance, production support, and issue diagnosis for both system maintenance and enhancement projects.
• Conduct resource estimation and planning for new development initiatives.
• Coordinate with external parties and manage vendors to ensure successful system implementation and delivery.
• Liaise closely with end-users and internal IT support teams to facilitate project implementation and ongoing maintenance support.
• Assist the Project Manager in project management, contract administration, and the oversight of outsourced services.
• Undertake additional administrative and operational duties as required.
