Summary

Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications with a focus on mobile (iPad) solutions, cloud‑based architecture, and modern development practices. This role partners with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, high‑quality systems while driving adoption of AI‑assisted development and digital innovation.

System Development

• Analyze requirements and deliver scalable system, mobile, cloud, and AI‑assisted solutions.
• Design and develop frontend distribution platforms using Angular, Ionic, Node.js, microservices, and APIs.
• Prepare technical specifications, system flows, integration designs, and mobile application documents.
• Ensure SDLC compliance, security, coding standards, and cloud architecture best practices.
• Use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve coding, testing, requirement analysis, and delivery efficiency.

Project Management

• Manage end‑to‑end system implementation projects using Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Plan project timelines, resources, deliverables, effort estimation, and feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, QA, infrastructure teams, and development teams to ensure delivery alignment.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and audit compliance.
• Provide technical leadership, guide development teams, and support effective stakeholder communication.

Production Support

• Provide production support for frontend distribution platforms and related applications.
• Monitor system stability, investigate incidents, and coordinate timely issue resolution.
• Work with business users, vendors, and technical teams to manage production defects and service requests.
• Support release deployment, post‑implementation verification, and production readiness activities.
• Ensure proper incident tracking, root cause analysis, and preventive actions for recurring issues.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in system development and project delivery.
• Experience in managing SIT/UAT and production releases.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
