Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch is looking for a Senior Officer to handle Syndicated Loans and Structured Finance transactions across Greater China. The role involves developing business strategies, ensuring compliance, and working independently on financial projections and documentation reviews.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a degree in Business or Finance. The bank offers an attractive remuneration package, and candidates are encouraged to apply with their expected salary.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above preferably with major in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• At least 3-5 years in Structured Finance or relevant industry from corporate banks.
• Audit background is an advantage.
• Holder of CPA/CFA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execution and assist in origination for Structured Finance loans transactions.
• Develop business strategy to increase Loan capability.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with business partners on complex deals.
