Job summary

Boston Scientific in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Supply Chain leader to plan and drive the local strategy, aligning with global goals and customer needs. You will work with commercial and functional teams to optimize operations and implement process improvements across distribution, inventory, and 3PL performance.

The role requires 7+ years in supply chain or operations, a degree in operations management, and fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

Degree in Operations Management or related field.
7+ years in supply chain, operations, or project management.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication, influencing and presentation abilities at all levels.
Experience in process improvement and problem-solving.
Languages: Cantonese (native), Mandarin and English (business fluent).

Responsibilities

Develop, plan and execute the Hong Kong supply chain strategy.
Review and drive improvements across Hong Kong Supply Chain.
Collaborate with commercial and functional teams to inform local operation strategy.
Identify opportunities to streamline business processes for optimal outcomes.
Define KPIs and monitor performance to achieve targets.
Oversee distribution Inventory and 3PL performance, ensure SOP compliance.
Prepare Supply Chain Annual Operating Plan and manage cost reduction targets.
