Job summary

PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Solutions Officer to drive project delivery, process improvements, and digital initiatives across supply chain operations. You will work with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and Trading teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with end-to-end processes, including inventory, distribution, and last-mile fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations, 3PL/logistics, inventory planning, business analysis, process improvement, project delivery, or implementation of supply chain solutions.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end supply chain processes and cross-functional project coordination (requirements, mapping, testing/UAT, implementation, adoption).
• Strong problem-solving, data interpretation, and ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply chain projects from requirements gathering to testing, implementation, and post-launch review.
• Translate business needs into practical solutions with operations, IT, and business users.
• Prepare BRD, process flows, test cases, and implementation plans; support UAT and user adoption.
• Monitor timelines, risks, issues, benefits, and actions to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Develop KPIs and benefit tracking; support root-cause investigations for fulfillment issues.
• Promote standardization, automation, and system enhancements to improve productivity and customer experience.

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Solutions Officer who is passionate about solving business problems, improving the way we work, and turning ideas into practical solutions.

In this role, you will contribute across supply chain operations, project delivery, process improvement, analytics, digitalization, and AI-enabled ways of working. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Trading, IT, and other business teams to improve processes, implement new solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Project Delivery

• Coordinate supply chain projects from requirements gathering and workflow design through testing, implementation, and post-launch review.
• Partner with business users, operations teams, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Prepare business requirements, process flows, test cases, project documentation, and implementation plans.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation, user adoption, and post-launch improvement.
• Track timelines, risks, issues, stakeholder actions, expected benefits, and follow-up actions to keep initiatives moving forward.

Process Improvement

• Analyze end-to-end processes and operational data to identify root causes, inefficiencies, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support process standardization, automation, and system enhancements to improve productivity, service performance, customer experience, and cost effectiveness.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and benefit measures to evaluate the impact of improvement initiatives.
• Support root-cause investigations and corrective actions for fulfillment and last-mile delivery issues.
• Turn operational findings and data insights into practical, actionable recommendations.

Knowledge & Digital Enablement

• Develop and maintain supply chain procedures, SOPs, work instructions, project records, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate knowledge sharing, training, and case sharing to promote consistent execution and continuous learning.
• Support adoption of new processes, systems, digital solutions, automation, and approved AI-enabled tools across Supply Chain teams.
• Help strengthen a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and responsible digital adoption.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, 3PL/logistics services, inventory planning, business analysis, process improvement, project delivery, or supply chain solutions implementation.
• Practical understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, with hands-on experience in one or more areas such as inventory planning, distribution center or warehouse operations, 3PL operations, transportation, e-commerce fulfillment, or last-mile delivery.
• Experience supporting or coordinating projects involving requirements gathering, process mapping, testing/UAT, implementation, post-launch follow-up, documentation, benefit tracking, and user adoption.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and recommend practical improvements.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions.
• Well organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and following through on actions and deliverables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Preferred Capabilities

• Exposure to process improvement, workflow automation, system enhancement or integration, change adoption, or continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other dashboard tools, workflow-automation platforms, and approved AI-enabled business tools.
• Experience preparing business requirements, process flows, SOPs, work instructions, training materials, or knowledge repositories.
• Relevant training or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Business Analysis, Project Management, or Supply Chain Management.
