Gough Recruitment (Hong Kong) Pty Limited is seeking a Structural Engineer/Senior Structural Engineer to assist in design and analysis for various projects in Hong Kong. The role involves preparing drawings and reports, coordinating with operations and designers on temporary works, and contributing to permanent works alternatives to meet client and statutory requirements.

Candidates should have a degree in structural/civil engineering, at least six years of experience in superstructure building

Qualifications

• Degree in Structural Engineering/ Civil Engineering or Equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in superstructure Building Construction.
• Experience in steelwork design would be an advantage.
• Proficiency with structural engineering design software and BIM tools (Staad Pro, GSA, SAP2000, SAFE).
• Good communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsabilités

• Assist in structural design/analysis on different projects.
• Prepare structural drawings and reports for structural design.
• Coordinate with operation teams and designers regarding temporary works design and modifications.
• Assist in alternative design to permanent works to meet client and statutory requirements.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
