Job summary

Prudential is seeking an experienced finance professional to independently lead end-to-end strategic finance assessments for business initiatives, forecasting, and planning. Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Actuarial background or qualifications preferred.
• Ability to independently structure and lead complex strategic or commercial assessments from problem definition through to recommendation.
• Strong commercial judgement with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate with limited supervision, manage ambiguity, and prioritize analyses.
• Proven leadership and executive communication skills to translate analyses into concise recommendations and management materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic finance assessments for initiatives, planning, and forecasting; define evaluation framework and recommendations.
• Serve as finance lead and strategic thought partner to Channels, Expense Control, and cross-functional teams; challenge proposals and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Lead financial assessment and validation of key new business assumptions for forecasts; identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions.
• Own development and continuous improvement of forecasting tools, models, and analytic frameworks to improve BAU efficiency.
