Job summary

GFT Technologies is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support a next-generation Stablecoin and Digital Assets Platform. Hybrid work in Hong Kong, focusing on production operations, observability, and reliability across cloud and on-prem components.

The role emphasizes incident management, root cause analysis, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure secure, resilient platform operations in a regulated financial context.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in SRE, Production Support, or related roles.
Experience supporting business-critical production systems.
Strong experience with monitoring, observability, alerting, incident management, and production troubleshooting.
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
Experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day production support across platform environments.
Improve platform observability, monitoring, and alerting.
Investigate and troubleshoot production issues across components.
Coordinate incident management and root cause analysis.
Support deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations on reliability improvements.
