Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong focus on Dynatrace Synthetic Monitoring to ensure uptime, performance and reliability across our platforms. You will collaborate with development and operations teams to implement monitoring and incident response best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
7–10 years of experience in site reliability engineering or a similar role.
Certifications in cloud technologies or SRE are a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain monitoring solutions using Dynatrace to ensure availability.
Collaborate with development teams to build reliable systems and services.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and incidents quickly.
Develop and maintain SRE documentation, runbooks and incident plans.
Participate in on-call rotations and drive post-incident reviews.
Implement automation tools to improve operational efficiency and resilience.
