Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 8–10 years in IT operations with emphasis on SRE, platform engineering, production support, or investment banking systems.
- Expertise deploying/ supporting enterprise monitoring and observability suites (Geneos, Prometheus, Victoria-Metrics, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Kibana).
- Automation scripting with Bash, Python, Ansible, and CI/CD tools.
- Experience building Prometheus telemetry pipelines with exporters and Victoria-Metrics.
- Experience building Logstash pipelines for Elasticsearch.
- Designing Grafana and Kibana dashboards for metrics and logs.
- Strong knowledge of SRE concepts, high availability architectures, incident management, and BCD/DR.
- Willingness to join on-call rotations.
- English fluency; Chinese is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own SRE practices, Kubernetes platform reliability, and monitoring to ensure uptime.
- Architect and maintain observability solutions (Geneos, Prometheus, Victoria-Metrics, Elasticsearch, Grafana).
- Design alerting policies, dashboards, and telemetry pipelines.
- Administer RHEL Linux fleets (7/8/9), patching and OS upgrades.
- Perform log analysis, RCA, and bottleneck resolution.
- Collaborate with development, infra units to improve stability, security, scalability.
- Manage Kubernetes cluster health, workload orchestration, capacity planning.
- Evaluate and integrate new SRE frameworks and tools.
- On-call rotations after hours.
- Self-starter, adaptable, continuous learner.
- English required; Chinese a plus.
