Apple Inc. is seeking a hands-on Software Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our B2B team in Hong Kong. You will build and scale a modern DevOps/SRE ecosystem, focusing on reliability, performance, and security for enterprise integrations with partners.

The role emphasizes machine learning model lifecycle, anomaly detection, incident management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Strong coding skills in Java and Python, plus experience with Kubernetes and GitOps, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in SRE/DevOps or infrastructure-focused roles.
• Experience building DevOps platforms end-to-end and from scratch.
• Proficiency with GitOps deployment models (ArgoCD/Flux).
• Infrastructure as Code practices and Kubernetes platforms (EKS/AKS/GKE).
• Strong programming skills in Java and Python.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain devops and SRE practices for Apple B2B systems.
• Manage ML model lifecycle in production and non-production environments.
• Detect anomalies and optimize system reliability and performance.
• Lead incident response, RCA, and reliability improvements.
• Establish telemetry and observability using Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus.
