Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd seeks an experienced purchasing professional for its EMS manufacturing operations in Hong Kong. The role focuses on sourcing electronic, plastic, and metal parts, negotiating pricing and credit terms, and maintaining inventory to meet production deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years in EMS purchasing, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years solid purchasing in EMS in factory.
• Strong leadership, integrity, business acumen and strong negotiation skills.
• Good communication, a self-motivated good team player with initiative to work under pressure.
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
• ERP System experience.
• High competency level in MS Office applications.
• Stay in China.

Responsibilities

• Handle all purchasing of electronic, plastic and metal parts.
• Develop sources of suppliers and negotiate price and credit terms; control inventory.
• Monitor delivery schedules to meet tight production deadlines.
• Analyze vendor performance and present findings to senior management.
• Prepare the proposal and budget for each year.
• Monitor the operation of Purchasing Dept.
