Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd is seeking a purchaser in Hong Kong to manage sourcing, RFQs, and order placement. You will support the China sales team and overseas offices, track orders, and ensure timely delivery while negotiating with APAC suppliers.

Fluent English and Chinese are required, with at least five years of purchasing experience. This role emphasizes proactive teamwork and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• DSE/HKCEE or above.
• Minimum 5 years working experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Souring, RFQ, ordering and any purchasing related activities.
• Coordination and supporting China sales team or oversea offices.
• Following up sales orders and monitor delivery schedule independently.
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Price negotiation and lead time follow up with APAC regional suppliers.
• Coordination with QA team to liaise with suppliers to handle quality issues.
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by senior staff or management.
