Job summary

Trustful Construction Company Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily operations on a Hong Kong construction site, coordinating workers and subcontractors to meet project timelines and safety standards.

You will supervise site staff, monitor progress, liaise with clients and subcontractors, ensure adherence to specifications, procedures, and quality controls, and read English technical documents; less experience could be considered for Assistant General Foreman.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in engineering disciplines.
• At least 8 years site management experience.
• Good Cantonese; general English; able to read and write Chinese; able to read English.
• Good communication skills, enthusiastic about work, proactive and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day site operations including coordination and arrangement the work of site workers and subcontractors.
• Supervise site staff, monitor and report project progress; and
• Liaise and coordinate with client and sub-contractors to ensure strict adherence to specifications, working procedures, quality control and safety standards.
